What are we trying to accomplish?

We want our members to be able to focus on what makes them uniquely valuable to the people they serve.

This means supporting our members by taking on those tasks which fall outside their organizations core strengths.

Why?

Many tasks that are required to run a successful organization distract from the core strength that makes it that organization valuable to its community or customers.

In small organizations these tasks often do not add up to a full time work load and can divide the attention of a specialist in another area.
