Many tasks are required to run a [[Success|successful]] organization distract from the [[Core Strength|core strength]] that makes it [[Value|valuable]] to its community or customers.
 
In small organizations these tasks often do not add up to a full time work load and can divide the attention of a specialist in another area.
 
== What are we trying to accomplish? ==
We want our [[members]] to be able to focus on what makes them uniquely valuable to the people they serve.
 
This means supporting our members by taking on those tasks which fall outside their organizations core strengths.

By combining the workload of several smaller organizations together to higher the passionate and dedicated specialist they need.

Why?
