Why?

Many tasks are required to run a successful organization distract from the core strength that makes it valuable to its community or customers.

In small organizations these tasks often do not add up to a full time work load and can divide the attention of a specialist in another area.

What are we trying to accomplish?

We want our members to be able to focus on what makes them uniquely valuable to the people they serve.

This means supporting our members by taking on those tasks which fall outside their organizations core strengths.

How

By combining the workload of several smaller organizations together to higher the passionate and dedicated specialist they need.

Values

Transparency

Good communication is how we earn trust.

Continuous Improvement

Problem solving and constantly expanding our tool set is how we getting better at getting better.

Connection

Getting to know the members of our group gives us the opportunity to connect them with each other and grow together as a local community.
